Guest Policies

  1. The same individual may not be introduced as a guest for the use of the Golf, Tennis and Pool facilities on more than one day in any consecutive 30-day period; except that such person may in addition participate in any and all member-guest tournament or tournaments which shall take place during such thirty day period; and except that out-of-town guests of a member over a weekend may play golf or tennis, or both, with such member during all days of such weekend.
     
  2. Guests must be accompanied at the Club by a member. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests and ensuring that their guests are in compliance with all applicable dress codes and rules. This rule also applies to Non-family child care attendants.
     
  3. Golf and Tennis guests must be registered at the Golf Shop or Tennis Shop before they may use the Golf Course, Tennis Courts or Swimming Pool. Swimming Pool guests must be registered at the Swimming Pool.
     
  4. The charges for guests are as follows:
    • Golf: On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays $75.00 and on all other days $50.00. This includes use of the Tennis Courts and the Swimming Pool. For children under 18 on Tuesday thru Friday $10.00 and on all other days $25.00. Guests who stay for dinner may play without a guest fee any time on Thursdays.
    • Tennis: On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays $20.00 for adults, $12.00 for children, on all other days $10.00 for both adults and children. This includes use of the Swimming Pool. Tournament guests are allowed to play the same day as their match without an additional fee.
    • Swimming: On Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays adults $15.00, children $10.00. Charge for weekdays for both adults and children $5.00. There will be no pool charge for guests who are only eating at the snack bar.
  5. Parents of members, and sons and daughters of members (unless under 23 and unmarried), if they themselves are not members, fall within the category of guests.
     
  6. The Chairman of the appropriate committee shall be consulted before large parties may be introduced for Golf, Tennis, or Swimming.
